Got some bounce!

Work has intervened, so my training and physical therapy have been wedged in recently.  Yet I have managed several 20 milers and a faster 14 miler, as well as good tempo and interval workouts.  Better yet, I have run with friends often, with the camaraderie pushing us on.  The best news is that a fast tempo workout on a treadmill when I was in Tulsa last week seems to have put me in a new base gear.  I am now doing my slower runs with my heart rate in the 140s as opposed to the 130s.  My turnover and bounce are greater; essentially, I am running more "pose" method.  My plantar fasciitis is almost gone.  In short, I feel great.
