How do you change a bike tire?

How do you change a bike tire? Remove the wheel from the bike. Sit and hold the wheel in my lap, push one side of the tire away from/off of the rim and peel it off that side. Pull out the tube. Check the tire for any sharp objects inside and the rim for any protrusions. Blow air into the new tube to partly inflate it and avoid pinch flats. Thread the new tube into the tire with the stem through the hole on the wheel. Pop the tire back onto the rim, being careful not to pinch the tube. Partly inflate the tube and then let some air out to seat it, then inflate it and put it back on the bike.

Sew-up - remove the wheel from the bike, rip off the flat tire, freshen up the glue on the spare, partly inflate it, glue it on, pump it up and put the wheel back on the bike. Faster than dealing with a tube!
