Running tip #2: Think "quick and light feet"

SUNDAY, MARCH 11, 2018

Running tip of the day #2: Don't over-stride. It promotes heel strike, which stresses the leg and knee. Over-striding is inefficient. Instead, lean forward. Use your feet as levers to push you up and out. Try to land on your mid-foot. Do this quickly. Using this "quick and light feet" form will make you a faster and more efficient runner.
